This memo is to provide notice that the Booster Club is updating its operating processes.
As fiduciaries we remain committed to ensuring that charitable donations received are protected and ultimately distributed for the benefit of the student athletes.
To provide context, the school had previously notified us that it would be operating concessions and conducting all seasonal fundraising. The school initiated and implemented these operational changes that have been ongoing for some time. These changes significantly impacted the benefits we provide, and, as a result, our business model has shifted.
Therefore, we are providing refunds to all members who prepaid for future school years.

Simply send an email to info@bbabc.net or write to us at BBABC 1 Hardy Road #361 Bedford, NH 03110. Please include your name and address to expedite the process.
To donate instead of requesting a refund
If you prefer to donate instead of requesting a refund you need to do nothing. We will apply your prepaid amount to unfunded and/or underfunded sports teams or scholarships. District funding is not equitably distributed among teams, so your donation will directly support those teams most in need.
Thank you for your continued support and understanding as we work to strengthen the Booster Club and maximize the impact of every dollar for our student-athletes.
