Bedford Bulldogs Athletic Booster Club Scholarships
Each year, the BBABC offers two scholarships: Bedford Bulldogs Athletic Club Scholarship and the Rich Beyer Scholarship, in memory of an ardent longtime supporter of Bedford athletics. Learn more about what it takes to earn one of these two prestigious awards.

Bedford Bulldogs Athletic Club Scholarship
BHS senior student-athletes who are active members of the BBABC are eligible to apply for the Booster Club scholarship.
One male and one female student-athlete will each be awarded a $1,000 scholarship. For more information on eligibility, requirements and the scholarship application, please click here.
Criteria/Eligibility:
- The student-athlete must have participated for at least two years in interscholastic sports. This includes student managers.
- The scholarship is to be applied toward any post secondary school and/or training program related expenses.
- Two monetary awards of $1,000 (one male and one female) will be awarded to the winners at Senior Night
- The student’s parent or guardian must be a member of the Bedford Bulldogs Athletic Booster Club. Dues must be paid by April 1st of corresponding year.

Rich Beyer Scholarship
This scholarship is given in the name of Rich Beyer, long-time Bedford resident who was very involved in and an advocate of youth athletics in town. He was best known as a coach of the Bedford Little League World Series team and a BCTV personality, hosting several sports-related shows. He was also a former president of the West High Booster Club and believed that participation in high school athletics is a very important part of your total high school experience. The Rich Beyer Athletic Memorial Scholarship was established by the Beyer family and is maintained by the BBABC as a way of honoring Mr. Beyer.
The objective of The Rich Beyer Athletic Memorial Scholarship is to recognize two Bedford High School student-athletes whom epitomize leadership, character, dedication, team spirit, enthusiasm and sportsmanship.
One male and one female student-athlete will each be awarded a $1000 scholarship.

Eligibility:
- Must be a Bedford High School graduating senior
- Must be planning to attend a post secondary program
- Must be a student in good academic standing (minimum B average)
- Must exemplify qualities of a good citizen
- Must have been a member of a BHS varsity athletic team

- Official transcript
- A total of 3 letters of reference to include at least one from a BHS official (administrator, guidance counselor, teacher) AND one from a coach

Adrenaline Fundraising 2023 Scholarship
Adrenaline Fundraising is a national organization that assists schools and businesses each year reach their financial goals. Founded in 2009, we have spent years refining our program and have gained a comprehensive understanding of what works in fundraising. We pride ourselves in working hard to gain our customers business while also giving back to the greater good.
Adrenaline Fundraising and Blaise Whitman are pleased to announce that they have committed to providing scholarships to two 2023 graduates of Bedford High School in the amount of $500.00 each. These will be facilitated through the Booster Club and presented to recipients at the senior award night.
The criteria are as follows:
- The scholarships will be awarded to one male and one female student who have played a varsity sport for a minimum of 3 seasons.
- We are looking for Booster club family members who are well-rounded students with a proven record of giving back to their community.
- A one page essay is to be submitted to the BHS Guidance Department citing how playing a varsity sport while also maintaining a part time job and or volunteering has impacted you as an individual. What lessons have you learned that will be carried with you beyond high school?
