Notice of Regular Meeting of the Board of Bedford Bulldogs Athletic Booster Club
This notice is to inform you that a regular meeting of the Board of BBABC will be held as
follows:
Date: April 20, 2026 Time: 6:30pm to 7:30pm Location: Bedford Public Library
1. Purpose / Agenda
The Board meeting will be held for the following purposes.
· Compliance with the Preliminary Injunction
· Other Business as approved by Board President
· Executive Session
Should any director have a proposal or an item for consideration to be placed on the
agenda please email the secretary no later than 48 hours before the meeting date and
time. Pursuant to the BBABC Bylaws, the President has discretion as to whether any proposal or item
for the agenda be added.
2. Attendance and Quorum
Members of the Board of Directors please confirm your attendance to Melissa Kelly,
Secretary.
3. Special Instructions : This Notice shall be delivered via email to Principal Dan
Morris to be posted at Bedford High School, emailed to all Directors and a copy will be
placed on the BBABC website.
Should any persons have questions for the Board please email us at info @ bbabc.net. The
Board President will select questions from email submissions to be answered at the meeting.
